SENIOR EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT

Keith worked in the Banking Industry for over thirty years and has had many years experience in Corporate Banking and Small Business Lending. During Keith's extensive Banking Career he held the Appointments of Business Advisory Manager to Small & Medium Sized Businesses; Business Centre Manager, Regional Corporate Manager and Assistant Corporate Director focusing on Middle Market Companies Credit Appraisal; Corporate Restructuring and Investigations; the Financing of Management Buy-Outs/Buy-Ins; Corporate Marketing Services and Corporate Business Development.

In recognition of his educational services to the Banking Industry he was awarded a Fellowship of the London Chartered Institute of Bankers, by the Institute in 1987.

He is the Co-author of several textbooks on Business and Finance topics. A jointly written book with co-author, Keith Checkley, on 'Problem Loans - A Banker's guide' was published by Euromoney Publications in October 2000.

Keith has also written with co-author, Keith Checkley, a Credit Book for IFS (the Chartered Institute of Bankers) entitled 'Business Lending', which was published in the Autumn of 2001.This book is a guide for practising bankers and a recommended Student Text book guide for the B.Sc. in Business Lending Course, introduced by the CIB in 2001.

Keith has Directed and Lectured on many Training Courses and Public Speaking Engagements and is a Visiting Speaker at Leeds and Manchester Business Schools. Keith is a regular speaker for Local Radio and also appeared as a panel judge on a series of TV business enterprise programme.

He writes and delivers Training Courses for the English and French Institutes of Bankers, as well as independent Training Companies.
He has recently written and delivered Training Courses on Corporate Credit Analysis and Problem Loans, Credit Appraisal Techniques and Cash Flow Analysis, in Ghana, Kenya, Kuwait, Lithuania, Malaysia, Macedonia, Portugal, Uganda and Russia in addition to the U.K.

Keenly interested in the development of Smaller Businesses, Keith was Chairman of the Leeds Business venture, established by The Leeds Enterprise Agency.
